For the Budget conscious, PC 2000 offer customers a range of pre-build computers from our hand-picked suppliers (currently Acer).  Built to a very high specification, these PC Systems allow us to pass on quite substantial savings to customers.  Pre-Build Systems come with a choice of on-site warranty or a return to base warranty with PC 2000.

Repairs and Upgrades (call-out service available)

PC 2000's experienced staff endeavour to make sure visiting our store is as pleasant an experience as possible.  All our staff are PC enthusiasts, each with their own particular area of expertise, who understand that not everyone wants "technical talk", and so ensure that communication is in accord with each customers' level of expertise.  Therefore all of our staff will talk with you at whatever technical level you feel comfortable with.

All computers brought in to PC 2000 for repair undergo a thorough examination, customers are then contacted and all options available explained before any repair work is carried out.

A call-out service is available for customers requiring help on-site or in their own home.

We also offer a local pick-up and drop-off service.

For Virgin Media Broadband users we stock both wired and wireless routers and all necessary accessories to enable you to share your Broadband access.

ADSL  For customers who are unable to access Virgin Media, ADSL technology enables Broadband connection over a BT telephone network, this requires a BT phone line.

PC 2000 can supply all the necessary equipment for customers who need or want an ADSL service.
